Something About Faith is the sixth studio album by American R&B singer Faith Evans, which was released on her own imprint, Prolific Music Group on October 5, 2010 in the United States. Distributed through E1 Music, the album marks Evans’ first independent release, and accomplished a major feat when it debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Independent Album Chart, staying there for 2 consecutive weeks.
The album features the Grammy-nominated single, “Gone Already”, and includes production by Salaam Remi, Chucky Thompson, Carvin & Ivan, Malik Pendleton and Mike City.
Certainly her most feature-heavy album to date, Something About Faith features an elite lineup of female vocal powerhouses that include Kelly Price, Lil’ Mo, Keyshia Cole and Jessica Reedy (BET’s Sunday Best), International superstar Estelle as well as Hip-Hop luminaries Raekwon and fellow Newark native, Redman.
